 'Anne's Baklava means 'Mum's Baklava'. The word 'Anne' is derived from its Turkish definition of mum.

Mum started her business back at home in her tiny kitchen, it was a great way to pursue her passion.

When we wanted her to relax she kept on repeating “Baking is my craft and my love”. We couldn't stop her. 
Word of the world famous Turkish Baklava quickly spread, demand in supply increased where it was a matter of time to think outside the box.

Blood, sweat and baking

The business soon outgrew Anne’s kitchen and came to what we know as Anne's Baklava. The company moved to its current outlet on Cheltenham Rd Dandenong.

The biggest compliment that our dear customers can give is to recommend us to others and delve into our delicious deserts.
